Position #2 - Software Engineer- Database System Design
(Location: Kuala Lumpur)

Responsible for the analysis, design and development of second generation database backend architectures and data warehouse for Malaysia-Industry Dot-Com's systems. Applicants must have BSC/MSC or equivalent and a two to three years of C/C++ or Visual Basic and database (Oracle, MS-SQL, MySQL) design and development (Cold Fusion/ Zope preferred) on UNIX/NT with leadership skills and web development experience. Position #3 - Ececutive - Customer Relations

We are looking for a Customer Care executive with a passion for the Internet, extensively experience managing e-mail based customer support teams and e-mail management systems. Applicant will be responsible for ensuring that customer service levels are met on all occasions. Candidate has experience in training, developing, and managing a customer care team., enjoys customer interaction and committed to surpassing customer expectations, has a "can do/will do" positive attitude and is focused on building teamwork and strong relationships with 2 to 3 years of customer care experience, project management and planning experience, and has a fun and engaging communications style.
